The Geographic Information System (GIS) Division of the Lancaster County Information Technology Department is responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and distributing spatial data for Lancaster County.
The division functions as the backbone of county GIS by providing spatial data products and services to county departments, as well as to the general public.

Premium Data Hub Launching Monday, May 1st
If you would like to subscribe to our Advanced Parcel Viewing Application, please visit the GIS Product Online Order Form to get started on your subscription ($75 through Dec. 31, 2023) for a new LanCo View Plus account.
On May 1st, Lancaster County's Premium Data Hub will be included with your LanCo View Plus subscription. The Data Hub will provide you with access to downloading our full secure datasets: Parcels, Address Points, Road Centerlines, and Zoning.

LanCo View 2.0 - Property Search
Lancaster County Viewer 2.0 is still free and available for all users if you do not want to pay a subscription for the PLUS version. The link can be found on the right side and here: LanCo View 2.0.
Parcel Viewer and Data CDs are no longer being created
As of May 1, 2023, the Parcel Viewer (CD3) and Countywide (CD6) CDs are no longer being created or distributed.

Flood Hazard Data
Flood hazard data is maintained by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), visit the FEMA website or FEMA's ArcGIS Online layer to access this data.
Update: Also available is the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) PEMA Floodplain webpage. To view your flood plain map and correlating data, please visit the PAFloodRisk webpage.

LanCo View version 2.0 is the County's interactive mapping application. Search and view geographic data including parcels, roads, and aerial imagery. Visit our ArcGIS Online page to see a variety of maps created by Lancaster County GIS.

PASDA Download Page
Many Lancaster County GIS datasets are available free of charge on PASDA. You can download GIS Data or Imagery from the PASDA Download Page. Imagery or elevation data can be selected and downloaded using the Imagery Navigator.
