The division functions as the backbone of county GIS by providing spatial data products and services to county departments, as well as to the general public.

LanCo View 2.0 - Property Search

Lancaster County Viewer 2.0 is the Lancaster County public and free online application to search Parcel information including Acreage, Dimensions, Deed Reference, and Aerial Imagery among other features.

LanCo View PLUS 2026 - Advanced Property Search

LanCo View PLUS is our Subscription based Property Search Application for further information such as Zoning and additional Parcel data search functions.  This is intended for our more advanced users.  If you'd like more information, click here to go to the LanCo View PLUS information page.

Additionally, with LanCo View PLUS subscription you also get access to our Premium Data Hub where you can download up to date GIS and Table files for Parcels, Address Points, Zoning, and Road Centerlines.

GIS Day 2025

Parcel Viewer and Data CDs are no longer being created

As of May 1, 2023, the Parcel Viewer (CD3) and Countywide (CD6) CDs are no longer being created or distributed. PLEASE NOTE: We can no longer support any CD products that we have previously distributed.
